Hi, i just want to give Ms.Juanita her flowers! .. She has really good customer service and not just her everyone there have never been rude ti me im always treat kindly ! But with Ms.Juanita shes the first face i see to check in and she always greets me with a smile and not only smile a smile but she knows my name she doesn’t butcher it which is awesome cs people always do ! Well im not going to take up too much time but I wouldnt want ti be at any other orthodontic clinic if its not with you guys and Ms.Juanita warm smile !?

We’ve had a wonderful experience with our son’s orthodontic treatment during Phase 1, thanks to the amazing team at Luff Orthodontics. From the very beginning, everyone has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Bianca, who has been fantastic throughout the process. She explained every step clearly and patiently, helping us as parents understand what to expect, and most importantly, making sure Liam felt at ease during his visits. Her kindness and calm demeanor truly made a difference. The care and attention our son has received with his braces and palatal retainer have been outstanding. It’s clear that this team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about their patients’ comfort and confidence. We’re so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to any family looking for excellent orthodontic care!

I love the staff and the orthodontist they care about your teeth and corrects them the way you always wanted. They are also very gentle and always let you know what’s going on. They also take Medicaid if you’re looking for a orthodontist that takes it. :)

Every interaction I've had at Luff Orthodontics has been a positive one. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed to make a decision. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I shopped around at a couple different Orthodontists before choosing Luff, and I am very glad I did!

Two teenagers in braces. One got hers off today. Wonderful results! Dr. Luff and the staff are fantastic. Just lovely people. All of my questions are always addressed, they are detailed, timely... They really care! We've just felt so at ease with them & can't recommend them enough. My son still has some time to go and we found ourselves happy to not yet say goodbye.

Tia and Dr. Luff were great about calming my very anxious 7 year old and examined her very thoroughly. They discussed all of our options and didn't rush through the examination. After everything, they decided to wait 6 months to make sure the treatment plan was followed through properly and would be more beneficial to her. We can't wait to go back and get the ball rolling. This is the best place to get your braces done. Everyone is so nice and treat you so well! I got my braces off yesterday and my teeth is so perfect thanks to Dr. Luff and all the staffs. :)

I am 46 years old and have always been unhappy with my teeth and for some reason or another braces just kept getting put on the back burner. 17mos ago I decided to jump in and have them put on...I couldn’t be happier!! Dr Luff and his team are all so experienced and positive! He had his work cut out with my teeth and the final product that I walked out with yesterday was so amazing! Emotional for me to say the least! After a lifetime of hiding my smile I feel like grinning from ear to ear! ?Great job team Luff!!

I just finished two years of treatment through them and they are simply the best , the staff and Doctors are AMAZING and never once had a bad experience with them , they made every appointment so easy and comfortable!!! Highly recommend them to anyone seeking braces !!!

I love this dentistry. Dr Luff was the best dentist I had before I moved out of Alaska. My braces treatment went so smooth I love their office has huge windows with trees super relaxing for someone like me who’s scared of needles. Their office is nice for waiting especially during Christmas. Love the hoodies and merch they give. 100000/10

so kind. It is comfortable. I thought it would be better if this place was just a regular dental center that we often go to.

When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and kind words that made us feel comfortable and at ease. I spoke to the staff about my concerns with my son who needs to be approached in a different way which was completely understood by Virginia who really heard my concerns about my son’s special needs and how to approach him. She was completely amazing with him! Dr. Luff’s explanation of everything was clear and not rushed. Such a wonderful experience

Great orthodontist practice! They have amazing service, amazing office, and amazing orthodontists. I feel welcome as soon as I step in the door. The people there are great and make me feel as comfortable as I can. Really, really awesome! My mouth is already 10x better! And I'm not even done with my treatments. Highly recommend!

The entire staff .... Dr Luff, the Dental Assistants and the front counter Admin. ... all do a very impressive job. They are prompt with the appointments, everything is ready for your arrival, and it is all “capped” off with warm, friendly and very proficient care. Many thanks to all of you ... Dr. Luff and his assistant Katie were so awesome for coming in and removing my daughter's device, that should have been off earlier in this month. The whole office staff is great. I went to Luff Orthodontics in Anchorage and just got my braces taken off today! In short: My teeth look amazing, the quality of care is exceptional plus they have the best price in town! At length: Commending then on their “customer service” sounds crude because the staff is so friendly I feel like there is a better word to describe such interactions. More professional than a friend but comfortable and accommodating like a good pal would be. I have gum recession (I’m close to 30 y/o) and when I got quotes from other places in town they not only wanted to charge more- but they also thought I would have to get a gum graft because braces would push my teeth out and lead to worse gum recession. Luff avoided this by moving my teeth very slowly, this meant longer time behind wires but the outcome is beautiful. They always have raffles and parties too- really a kid thing, but a neat way to get the little ones stoked on oral health. I’m happy with my outcome and this is money well spent. You get a discount if you pay upfront.

Dr Luff is so great at what he does! He’s great with kids and adults, and all his assistants and staff are simply the best! From the minute you walk into their office they take amazing care of you, easing your fears and explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend visiting his office if you’ve ever thought about braces or Invisalign, Luff Orthodontics will take care of you.

Dr Luff and his staff have been great with our daughter's braces. They have made her feel relaxed and not at all anxious about the whole process. Dr Luff also doesn't rush things; when the hardware came in from the lab and didn't quite fit, he had the lab redo it rather than trying to force the fit. We definitely recommend Dr Luff!
